Las Vegas after midnight is a genuine food city — better, arguably, than it is during normal dining hours when the tourist traps are at their loudest. The late-night scene is where the serious eating happens.

The Best Late-Night Options

  • Monta Ramen (Chinatown) — Open until 3am most nights. The best ramen in the city, and better at midnight when it's quieter.
  • Secret Pizza at the Cosmopolitan — Open until 5am. Hidden on the 3rd floor, no signage, genuinely excellent pizza.
  • Ichiza Japanese pub — Open until 4am Thu–Sun. Full izakaya menu, local crowd.
  • Peppermill Restaurant — 24 hours, enormous portions, genuine Vegas nostalgia.
  • The Pantry at MGM Grand — 24-hour American diner, reliably good.
  • In-N-Out Burger (two Strip-adjacent locations) — Open until 1:30am weekdays, 3am weekends.

Casino Food Court After Midnight

The Aria, Venetian, and MGM food courts are open 24 hours and serve surprisingly good food — Korean BBQ, ramen, pizza, burgers, Mexican. Not Michelin-rated, but functional and affordable at 3am when everything else is closed.

Confirm current hours, prices, access, age rules, and availability with the official venue before you go.
