You have one day in Las Vegas. Done correctly, you can see enough to understand why people return again and again — and identify what you'd do differently with more time. Here's the hour-by-hour guide.

8am–10am: The Morning Strip

Walk the Strip early. The Bellagio conservatory opens at 6am and is free. The Wynn atrium is accessible and beautiful. Walk from the Bellagio north to the Venetian — it's quieter before 10am than at any other time of day, and the architecture is better appreciated without shoulder-to-shoulder crowds.

10am–12pm: Breakfast + Fremont Street

Breakfast at Bouchon (Venetian, 10am opening) or Eggslut (Cosmopolitan, 8am). Then Uber to Fremont Street — the Fremont Street Experience, the Golden Nugget, and the vintage shops are 15 minutes from the Strip. See the daytime atmosphere before the evening crowd.

12pm–5pm: Eat, Pool, or a Show

If you have a pool dayclub ticket, today is pool time. If not: one of the free Strip attractions (Bellagio fountains at 3pm, Mirage volcano, Circus Circus acts), lunch at the Cosmopolitan food hall, and an afternoon show at the Tix4Tonight price.

5pm–8pm: Dinner

This is your dinner slot. Pick your budget and commit. The Strip has options from $15 (Secret Pizza at Cosmopolitan) to $300+ (Joël Robuchon).

8pm–4am: Night

Bellagio fountain show at 8pm and 9pm from the bridge. Casino floor walk through Aria and Cosmopolitan. Bar at the Chandelier. Wherever the night takes you from there.

Confirm current hours, prices, access, age rules, and availability with the official venue before you go.
