The Neon Museum houses over 200 vintage Las Vegas signs — the Stardust rocket ship, the original Caesars Palace sign, the Moulin Rouge, the Hacienda horse, and dozens more. It's the visual history of Las Vegas in metal and light.

The Tours

  • Self-guided daytime tour ($20–25) — Boneyard access with audio guide. Good for photography.
  • Guided daytime tour ($25–30) — 1-hour docent tour with historical context. Excellent storytelling.
  • Twilight/night tour ($30–35) — The best option. Signs illuminated against darkening sky. Sells out weeks ahead.
  • Brilliant! After Dark experience — Projection-mapping art show on the signs. Separate ticketing.

Photography Tips

The twilight tour (starting 30 minutes before sunset) provides the best photographic light — the sky retains color while the signs begin to glow. A wide-angle lens captures the full scale of the larger signs; a portrait lens (85–135mm equivalent) isolates the best details.

Confirm current hours, prices, access, age rules, and availability with the official venue before you go.
